Information Text on Processing of Personal Data

Dear Visitor, We would like to inform you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law.

According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD Law”), all your personal data, including any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable and your special personal data, may be processed by Hepi Kimya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) as the data controller.

Processing of personal data refers to any transaction performed on personal data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing its use.

Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is shared with persons expressly authorized by the legislation. In addition, your personal data is shared with authorized persons or institutions within the scope stipulated by the legal regulation, upon a court decision or upon the request of authorized administrative authorities.
Your personal data may be shared with our suppliers for the purpose of carrying out supply chain management processes and fulfilling the contract regarding the products or services to be procured from suppliers within the scope of the service contract between us.
Your personal data may be shared with our business partners with whom we cooperate within the scope of the service contract between us for the purpose of carrying out business activities and fulfilling the contract.
Your personal data may be shared with our group companies, affiliates and subsidiaries for the purpose of carrying out business activities and fulfilling the contract.


How Your Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal reasons in order to carry out our commercial activities. Within the scope of the activities to carry out commercial processes; It is collected through various methods such as customer introduction forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, other commercial documents, payment information, valuable documents, candidate application forms, written documents/forms, and notifications you make verbally, in writing or electronically, fully or partially automatically or non-automatically as part of any data recording system, including our domestic/overseas affiliates, program partner institutions and organizations we cooperate with, official institutions, and other 3rd parties, which can also be obtained from outside of Hepi Kimya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
 
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Information Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, you have the right to;
a) Learn whether personal data has been processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
e) Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
f) Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
g) Request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data Controller and Related Person Information Request Methods

According to the PDP Law, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and through the channels specified below.

As the relevant person, you must submit your requests for rights to our Company in writing by providing the necessary documents that establish your identity. In this context, in order for the applications you will make to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the PDP Law to be managed healthily and quickly, you must submit the requested documents/information and the necessary documents that establish your identity in person or by post.
